1),This drill bit was made of Tungsten Carbide (KONRAD, DIJET and CERATIZIT), Premium tungsten steel can maximize the durability, resistance to abrasion and extend the drill bit’s life

2), All drill bits are manufactured by Swiss CNC machines (EWAG) to make sure all drilling bits are made with premium quality;

3), Drilling with deep-cut and spiral flutes, the dust can be removed immediately, super sharp blade with advanced grinding techniques, the holes can be drilled very smoothly;

4), Each drill bit is marked with unique identification code in order to monitor the quality and improve our customer service;

 5), 3T Company can manufacture based on customer"s design, custom drill bits are available in jobber, stubby, extended length, short and extra length shank.

5.Attention:

1). Please use the equipments and tongs with fine rigidity and high accuracy.

2). Please slow down both of the rate of feeding and rotate speed at same percentage, when the equipment can not increase the rotate speed.

3). Please adjusting machining condition if have abnormal vibration & sounds during processing.
